This enhancement allows the user to print up to three copies of a sales order with a designation at the bottom of each page indicating whom the copy belongs to. The user can also select which copies will have the dollar amounts printed on them.

This enhancement allows the user to duplicate on a laser printer the multiple color copies that can be printed on a dot-matrix printer. Some companies like to print documents on laser printers since the documents look more professional, the printers are much quieter, and the user does not have to manually separate the copies.

Example - for one sales order, print the following at the bottom of each page: 1st Page: Customer Copy, 2nd Page: Office Copy, 3rd Page: Shipping Copy. Print dollar amounts on the Customer and Office Copies, but not on the Shipping Copy.

In the "Sales & Receivables Setup" screen, a new tab called "Multiple Copies" has been added:

• Use Page: Determines if that copy will be printed.
• Description: A text description that will appear at the bottom of that copy.
• Show Dollar Value: Determines if dollar value will appear on that copy.

Also, a field called "Number of Copy Sets" has been added to the Options tab:
