Microsoft Business Solutions–Great Plains is a comprehensive business management solution built on the highly scalable and affordable platform of Microsoft technologies. It offers a cost-effective solution for managing and integrating finances, e-commerce, supply chain, manufacturing, project accounting, field service, customer relationships, and human resources.
Using fast and reliable servers, with battery and generator uninterrupted power supplies, and multiple and separate very fast communication lines, customers can now copy their backup files to the ABCSI servers over the Internet. All that is required are a fast connection such as T1, DSL or Cable Modem, and a browser. Customers will receive an Internet Address, a User ID, and a Password, so they can access their company’s remote backup directory at any time in a secure environment.
These sessions will be “Excel-Beginners” and “Word-Beginners” (four hours a session). ABCSI plans to continue with Intermediate and Advanced courses later on this year (which will also be free for all of its Navision and Pro Series customers). In addition to these half day sessions, ABCSI also offers Live Web Based Training Seminars on software products such as Navision, Pro Series, Project, Excel, Word, ACT, Outlook and PowerPoint.
In order to maximize their return on investment, customers will be able to determine what topics will be covered in each training session. ABCSI will then customize each session accordingly.
