June 21, 2000 - Navision Software a/s (CSE: NAVI.CO) and Siebel Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: SEBL), today announced a worldwide strategic relationship to deliver customer-focused CRM/e-business solutions to meet the needs of mid-sized companies.

Navision Software will market, sell and implement Siebel MidMarket Edition. Under the agreement, Navision Software and Siebel Systems will work jointly to integrate these applications to strengthen Navision Software's e-business offerings to mid-sized companies. The integrated solution will be sold through Navision Software's growing network of close to 1000 Navision Solution Centers worldwide. The integrated Siebel/Navision Solution will be available through Navision Software, and the first joint channel partners and customers have already been identified. Implementation of pilot installations will begin at the end of August 2000. General Availability of the integrated Siebel/Navision Solution is expected this fall.

ATLANTA (June 6, 2000) -- Navision Software US, a leading provider of middle-market enterprise business solutions, today announced plans to move its headquarters from Norcross, GA to a brand new, multi-company facility in nearby Duluth, GA where Navision Software will anchor the complex.

In order to accommodate the company's continuous growth over the past three years, Navision Software's new facility will offer nearly 90 percent more space and hold more than three times as many employees.

"Our need for new facilities is exciting because it's a direct result of our fast-paced growth," said Rick Burtt, vice president of finance for Navision Software, in charge of the procurement and preparation of the new facility. "We now have the space to train more Navision Solution Centers and other partners, as well as to accommodate our growing staff, allowing us to better serve our channel and our customers."

An entire floor of the company's new facility houses an education center, called the Navision Academy, where partners attend free training classes.

Navision Software markets its software products entirely through Navision Solution Centers, a dedicated and comprehensive network of local partners. All NSCs, as well as other Navision Software partners, are required to be application and development system-certified, so having the required training facilities is crucial to Navision Software's growth.
