Expands End-to-End Business Management Application Suite for SMBs
ACCPAC International, Inc., a subsidiary of Computer Associates (NYSE: CA), announced today at its "Partnership 2002" conference being held here that its ACCPAC eCRM customer relationship management (CRM) solution now integrates with the latest version of ACCPAC’s’s Pro Series accounting system, version 7.0, also being announced today. ACCPAC eCRM is a completely Web and wireless-based CRM solution, providing sales force, marketing, call center and customer care automation through a Web browser, personal digital assistant (PDA) or wireless application protocol (WAP) enabled device.
ACCPAC eCRM integrates with Pro Series accounting, enabling access to back office transactional data as well as vital customer, partner and prospect contact information. This results in a familiar, complete and unified view of customer data from a single point. Bi-directional integration allows data to be updated in either ACCPAC eCRM or ACCPAC Pro Series, with both systems updated instantly.
