January 14, 1999 - We are pleased to announce that, as part of our on-going expansion, ABCSI is opening its New York City office at One Penn Plaza in mid-town Manhattan. This office will enable us to better serve our New York City, Westchester and New Jersey customers.

Our new office is on the 36 floor and is steps away from Penn Station & Madison Square Garden, conveniently connected by the indoor retail concourse. LIRR, NJ Transit, Amtrak, and NY Subway trains converge at Penn Station making it a convenient commute for our employees and customers.
