N-Fusion® is a suite of self-service portals that enable customers and employees to access information stored in Navision and securely perform common tasks via a browser interface, whether it be a C/SIDE or Microsoft SQL Server database.

- Seamless real-time e-commerce integration with Navision® enterprise software
- Place orders online via Credit Card or P.O.(with subject-to-available-credit option)
- Complete support for Price Groups, Customer/Item, Item/Customer, Quantity, Invoice Discounts
- Categories/Sub-Categories are easy to define, hide, rename, and rearrange
- Promotions/Specials Page (one click puts an item on or off the specials page)
- "My Catalog" feature lets web customers create and save their own mini-catalog with the option to view and order from it using the vendor's item numbers/descriptions or their own
- Recurring Orders - customer can create and save multiple recurring order templates
- Customer can see current Quantity On-Hand before placing an order
- Customer can view Credit Limit, Account Balance, Available Credit
- Customer can view Order/Invoice History (by P.O. or other reference)
- Customer can view Account History (all transactions or filtered by invoice, payment, credit memo)
- Customer can view order shipments and link to a shipper site to access shipment tracking info
